# Contact support

> How to reach the Thread Help team — the help center, in-app chat from Admin, email, and getting support inside your own Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace.

When you need hands-on help, the **Thread Help** team is one message away. Every channel below opens a support thread our team works the same way you work your customers' tickets — so nothing gets lost.

## Ways to reach us

    Go to **help.getthread.com** and sign in with the Messenger web app to browse articles and chat with support.

## Get support in Slack or Microsoft Teams

Want to stay on top of your support threads without leaving the tool your team already lives in? Thread Help can install the **Messenger** app directly into your **Slack** or **Microsoft Teams** workspace.
