# Submit feedback and feature requests

> Request a feature, ask for an integration, or report a bug on the Thread Feedback portal — search, vote, post — and see how admins track requests.

Thread is built from partner feedback. Feature requests, integration asks, and bug reports all go through one place — the **Thread Feedback** portal — where the product team reviews every post, and where you can vote on what matters most to your desk and follow it to release.

<Card title="Open the Thread Feedback portal" icon="comment-dots" href="https://feedback.getthread.com">

## Where your feedback goes

The portal has three boards. Post on the one that fits so the right team sees it:

| Board                | Use it for                                                                                                                                   |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Feature Requests** | New capabilities or improvements to Inbox, Magic AI, Magic Agents, Super Magic, Voice AI, Flows, analytics, and everything else Thread does. |
| **Integrations** | A PSA, RMM, documentation, or other tool you want Thread to connect to. |
| **Bugs** | Something that's broken or not behaving as documented. For anything urgent or blocking, also [contact support](https://help.getthread.com). |

Alongside the boards, the portal has a **Roadmap** (what's Planned, In Progress, and Complete) and a **Changelog** of what's shipped — so a request you vote on is something you can follow all the way to release.

## Submit a request

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the portal and sign in">
    Go to [feedback.getthread.com](https://feedback.getthread.com) and sign in (or create a free account). Signing in lets you post, vote, and get notified when your requests change status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Search before you post">
    Search the boards for your idea first. If it already exists, **upvote it** and add a comment with your specifics — votes and real-world detail are how the team prioritizes, and one strong post with 50 votes carries more weight than five scattered duplicates.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create the post">
    If nothing matches, pick the right board and **Create Post**. Give it a clear, specific title and describe:

    * **The problem** — what you're trying to do and what gets in the way today.
    * **Who it affects** — technicians, dispatchers, admins, or your customers, and how often it comes up.
    * **The outcome you want** — what "solved" looks like, not a prescribed implementation.

    Add screenshots or a short example if they make the case clearer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track what happens next">
    Follow your post to get status updates. As the team picks it up, it moves across the **Roadmap**, and shipped work lands in the **Changelog** — mirrored in the [Thread docs changelog](/changelog).
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  A request that names a concrete scenario ("when a ticket comes in from a VIP contact, I want…") gets traction faster than a broad ask ("make triage better"). Describe the job, and let the team design the fix.
</Tip>

## Track feedback as a Thread admin

If you're a Thread admin, you can review and track requests without leaving your admin console:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Feature requests" icon="lightbulb" href="https://admin.getthread.com/dashboard/feedback/feature-requests">
    Browse and follow feature requests from inside Thread.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Integration requests" icon="plug" href="https://admin.getthread.com/dashboard/feedback/integrations">
    See which integrations partners are asking for, and add yours.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

These views draw from the same Thread Feedback boards, so anything you or your team posts on the portal shows up here too — a single source of truth for what's requested and what's on the way.
