# Use ClickUp with Super Magic

> Connect ClickUp as a Super Magic connector to find and update tasks, lists, and docs from inside any Thread ticket conversation.

Connect ClickUp and Super Magic can work with your **tasks, lists, and docs**: so project work tracked in ClickUp is one question away from the ticket.

## What you can ask

> "What's still open on the onboarding list for this client?"

> "Create a ClickUp task to follow up on this ticket next Tuesday"

> "Find the ClickUp doc with our firewall change process"

Anything that creates or changes something in ClickUp goes through Super Magic's **Confirm action** card first.

## Set it up

ClickUp is a **connector**: an admin makes it available, then **each member signs in with their own ClickUp account**. Super Magic acts with your ClickUp permissions, not a shared bot account.

**Admin (once):**

**1. Open the Integrations page**

In the Thread Admin app, open **Integrations** (`/dashboard/integrations`). Connectors sit at the bottom of the list, below the workspace integrations.

**2. Enable ClickUp**

On the **ClickUp** connector row, select **Enable**. This makes it available. It doesn't connect anyone yet.

**Each member (once):**

**1. Open the Connectors page in your Inbox**

Open the **Connectors** page in your Inbox.

**2. Connect and sign in to ClickUp**

Click **Connect** on the ClickUp row and sign in to ClickUp.

**3. Confirm you're signed in**

The row shows **Signed in as** your account. Disconnect anytime.

## Troubleshooting

* **ClickUp not on your Connectors page?** Your admin hasn't enabled it yet.
* **Connected but tools failing?** Disconnect and reconnect. Your ClickUp authorization may have been revoked on ClickUp's side.
