# Use Hudu with Super Magic

> Connect Hudu to Super Magic for read-only search of your Hudu knowledge base, password vault entries, and network documentation directly inside ticket chats.

Connect Hudu and Super Magic can search your **Hudu knowledge base, passwords documentation, and network docs** mid-ticket, with links back to the source in Hudu.

### What you can ask

> "Search Hudu for Acme's network documentation"

> "What does our Hudu KB say about the mail server setup?"

> "Find the password documentation entry for Acme's router"

Hudu search is **read-only** — Super Magic looks things up, it never changes your Hudu data.

### Set it up (admin, once for the whole workspace)

Hudu is a **workspace-level integration**: connect it once and it works for every member.

    In the Thread Admin app, open **Integrations** (`/dashboard/integrations`), find **Hudu**, and click **Configure** to enter credentials and connect.

    On Hudu's detail page, below the setup card, turn **Super Magic access** on.

Both are required: a connected integration with Super Magic access off exposes nothing. (The Super Magic settings page shows a read-only **Connected to Super Magic** list — enablement happens on the Integrations page.)

#### Troubleshooting

* **No Hudu results in chat?** Check the row shows **Connected** AND the toggle is on.
* **Still nothing?** Your workspace may not have the Hudu release enabled yet — ask your account team.
