Open the Logs tab
1
Go to Flows
In Thread Admin, go to Flows.
2
Select the Logs tab
Select Logs, next to your list of Flows.
3
Browse or filter runs
Runs are listed newest first. Narrow the list with the Thread filter (search by ticket number or title) or the Time filter (a date range).
4
Open a run
Select a run to open its detail panel.
What a run’s detail shows
Each run opens a Details stepper listing, in order:- The conditions the Flow checked, and whether they matched
- Each action the Flow executed: a field update, a note, an assignment, and so on
- For a New Super Magic Agent or Run Skill action, an Agent conversations row linking to the Super Magic conversation Super Magic Agent produced. See See what a Super Magic agent did during a flow run for what that view shows and why some runs don’t have one
Retention
Log entries are kept for 7 days. A run older than that ages out of the list on its own. If you need a longer record of what a Flow did, capture it on the ticket itself (an internal note, for example) rather than relying on Logs.Related
