Phishing Simulation Program
Plan a client phishing-awareness simulation: scope, cadence, lure difficulty, a no-shame reporting culture, and desk triage that doesn’t collide.
Runs as: Skill Run it in Super Magic and confirm each write. A Flow can also fire a shared skill through the Run Skill action (beta), though this one is written for a person to run rather than a ticket event.
Connectors: Thread
Role: Security & Compliance Owner, CSM / Account Manager
Outcome: Risk & Compliance, Retention & Growth (CSAT/Expansion)
When to use: A client asks to start (or restart) phishing simulations, often driven by insurance or compliance; a campaign is being planned and the desk needs scope, schedule, and coordination tickets; or simulation results are in and the client wants the readout and next-cycle plan.
Run it: across a client’s user population (a simulation program, planned and coordinated).
