A skill is a prompt that does one job on your tickets, run on demand in
Super Magic. You
stay in the loop: it reads freely, and asks before it writes.
How a skill runs
Open Super Magic in Inbox, paste the prompt from any page in this library, and it works the ticket in front of you — or a batch of them, if the page says so. Every write is confirmed by you, so there’s no scope to set up and nothing to enable. You can also reach Thread’s tools from your own AI client through Thread MCP — the same reads and writes, driven from Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor. Saved skills live in Super Magic, so run the prompt itself when you’re working from an MCP client. When a skill becomes an agent
Add a trigger and a write scope and the same prompt runs without you — see Agents. Roughly a sixth of this library is eligible; everything else is designed for a person to run, either because it needs judgment or because there’s no ticket event that should set it off.Browse the skills
