Overview
These integrations extend what Super Magic can reach when working on tickets. They’re all workspace-level: an admin connects each one once, and it works for every member (no individual sign-ins — that’s what makes them integrations rather than connectors; see the Super Magic Admin Guide for the distinction). Every integration follows the same two steps — Connect it from Integrations (/dashboard/integrations), then toggle Super Magic access on — and both must be true before its tools appear. Full setup, example prompts, tools, and troubleshooting live on each tool’s page:
IT Glue
Read-only IT Glue documentation search — configurations, passwords documentation, and client runbooks.
Hudu
Read-only Hudu search — knowledge base articles, passwords documentation, and network docs.
TimeZest
Look up bookable resources and appointment types, view scheduling requests, and send real client scheduling links.
Liongard
Read-only Liongard inspection data — environments, systems, metrics, alerts, detections, and timelines. Limited release; also offered as a per-member connector.
What each source exposes:
- IT Glue — the passive sync reads Documents and Articles only; Flexible Assets are not included (so Liongard-generated “auto” entries stored as Flexible Assets won’t appear in general knowledge search). To pull a Flexible Asset configuration into a ticket on demand, use the IT Glue Asset & Contact Lookup skill.
- HaloPSA native KB — Super Magic does not read Halo’s built-in knowledge base articles, even when it’s running inside the Halo PSA pod. Store knowledge Super Magic should read in Hudu, IT Glue Documents, or Thread’s own Client Intelligence knowledge base.
Built-in knowledge sources (no setup)
Three knowledge sources need no integration setup:- Knowledge base search (Limited release) — searches your workspace KB and resolved-ticket history.
- Web search — live web results (error codes, CVEs, vendor docs). Managed by Thread; no admin action needed.
- Thread docs search — always on; answers questions about how Thread itself works.
Tools not appearing after setup? Confirm the integration shows Connected with its Super Magic access toggle on, then work through the decision tree in the Super Magic Admin Guide → Troubleshooting.
