Connect Cloudflare and Super Magic can work with your DNS, zones, and security settings: so when a client reports a site or email problem, you can check their domain without opening another console.

What you can ask

“What DNS records does acme.com have?”
“Is the MX record for contoso.com pointing at Microsoft 365?”
“Which zones in our Cloudflare account use the free plan?”
Anything that creates or changes something in Cloudflare goes through Super Magic’s Confirm action card first.

Set it up

Cloudflare is a connector: an admin makes it available, then each member signs in with their own Cloudflare account. Super Magic acts with your Cloudflare permissions, not a shared bot account. Admin (once):

Open the Integrations page

In the Thread Admin app, open Integrations (/dashboard/integrations). Connectors sit at the bottom of the list, below the workspace integrations.

Enable Cloudflare

On the Cloudflare connector row, select Enable. This makes it available. It doesn’t connect anyone yet.

Open the Connectors page in your Inbox

Open the Connectors page in your Inbox.

Connect and sign in to Cloudflare

Click Connect on the Cloudflare row and sign in to Cloudflare.

Confirm you're signed in

The row shows Signed in as your account. Disconnect anytime.

Troubleshooting

  • Cloudflare not on your Connectors page? Your admin hasn’t enabled it yet.
  • Connected but tools failing? Disconnect and reconnect. Your Cloudflare authorization may have been revoked on Cloudflare’s side.
