Availability: Limited release — contact your Thread account team to enable Liongard for your workspace.
Connect Liongard and Super Magic can answer questions about your clients’ IT infrastructure — surfacing the inventory, configurations, and change history Liongard tracks, without leaving the ticket conversation.

What you can ask

“What does Liongard show for Acme’s domain and SSL expiration?”
“List Acme’s Microsoft 365 admins from Liongard”
“Has anything changed on Acme’s firewall config recently?”
Liongard is read-only context for Super Magic — it brings infrastructure detail into the conversation to speed up diagnosis.

Set it up

Liongard is a connector: an admin makes it available, then each member signs in with their own Liongard account — Super Magic sees exactly what you can see in Liongard, nothing more. Admin (once):
1

Open the Integrations page

In the Thread Admin app, open Integrations (/dashboard/integrations). Connectors sit at the bottom of the list, below the workspace integrations.
2

Enable Liongard

On the Liongard connector row, select Enable. (This makes it available — it doesn’t connect anyone yet.)
Each member (once):
1

Open the Connectors page in your Inbox

Open the Connectors page in your Inbox.
2

Connect and sign in

Click Connect on the Liongard row and sign in.
3

Confirm you're signed in

The row shows Signed in as your account — you’re ready.

Troubleshooting

  • Liongard not on your Connectors page? Your admin hasn’t enabled it, or your workspace isn’t in the connectors release yet.
  • Super Magic can’t find a system you expect? Your connection only covers what your Liongard account can access — reconnect and confirm the right environments are in scope.
  • Anything else: Super Magic Admin Guide → Troubleshooting.
The tools available through this connector are provided by Liongard and may change; Super Magic picks up changes automatically. Each member’s access reflects their own Liongard sign-in.
