Availability: GA — available to all workspaces with a TimeZest integration.
Connect TimeZest and Super Magic can handle scheduling with your clients conversationally — look up who’s bookable, check appointment types, and send a real scheduling link to the client without leaving the ticket.

What you can ask

“Send Jane a scheduling link for a 30-minute remote support session”
“What TimeZest appointment types do we have?”
“Who can be booked for an on-site this week?”
“Has the client responded to the scheduling request on this ticket?”
Heads up: sending a scheduling request emails the client for real. That’s why it always goes through Super Magic’s Confirm action card — you’ll see exactly who gets what before anything sends — and it respects your workspace’s write-access settings.

Set it up (admin, once for the whole workspace)

TimeZest is a workspace-level integration: connect it once and it works for every member.
1

Connect TimeZest to Thread

In the Thread Admin app, open Integrations (/dashboard/integrations), find TimeZest, and click Configure to enter credentials and connect.
2

Enable it for Super Magic

On TimeZest’s detail page, below the setup card, turn Super Magic access on.
(The Super Magic settings page shows a read-only Connected to Super Magic list — enablement happens on the Integrations page.)

Troubleshooting

  • No scheduling tools in chat? Check the row shows Connected AND the toggle is on.
  • Scheduling link won’t send? Sending is a write action — check the member passes your write-access level and the Schedule toggles are on (Tools card).
  • Anything else: Super Magic Admin Guide → Troubleshooting.
