  3. 🛩️ Pilot Phase 1: Deploy Thread to 5 trusted customers
    1. ✅ Select the 5 customers you have the best relationship with.
    2. 📨 Send an email to each customer notifying what you will be doing, when and how. Use our communication and how-to templates.
    3. 💻 Deploy to customers' Teams, Slack, or Desktop (choose one option per customer, if they don't use Teams or Slack, deploy desktop)
  4. ✈️ Pilot Phase 2: Deploy Thread to 5 customers that will benefit the most from Thread
    1. ✅ Select the 5 customers that have asked for chat or are looking for faster response/resolution times.
    2. 📨 Send an email to each customer notifying what you will be doing, when and how. Use our communication and how-to templates.

  5. 🚀 Wide Deployment: Deploy Thread to all of your managed customers!

    3. 🌐 Deploy to your Website and/or CloudRadial
