How to Register
Your team can access live trainings, Open Hours (AMA sessions), and on-demand learning through Thread’s community and education hub. Follow the steps below to get set up and start leveling up your service operations.
Why Join Thread Crew?
Thread Crew is our partner community where service teams connect with peers, get early access to updates, share best practices, and register for training and events.
Joining Thread Crew is the first step—once you’re in, you gain access to the Academy and Events sections for all training opportunities.
Step 1: Register for Thread Crew
- Click the link below:
👉 Join the Thread Crew - Sign in using your work email.
- Complete your profile (name, company, and role are helpful for personalized recommendations).
Once registered, you’ll unlock the Academy and Events areas.
Step 2: Access Training Paths
After joining Thread Crew, you can explore two main sections:
🎓 Academy
Use this section for:
- Open Hours (AMA) with Thread experts
- Live Service Team Training
- Special workshops and community events
To register:
- Navigate to the Events or Academy tab in the left-hand or top menu.
- Select the session you want (Open Hours or Service Team Training).
- Click Register and add it to your calendar.
