How to uninstall the Microsoft Teams Thread Service App
The Thread Service App is the customer facing app that MSP's can brand themselves and deploy to their customers. To learn how to install this app, please view the following help doc:
How to install the Teams Service app on your Customers' tenants - Thread Help Center (getthread.com)
If you wish to uninstall this app, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Portal and click "Teams Apps" -> "Manage Apps"
- Search for the name of the Service App in the search bar
- Click on the app and then on the right side of the screen click "Actions" -> "Delete"
And that's it!
