Is there a way to pull existing tickets to a channel in Inbox?

Yes there is! To pull existing threads into a new channel:

  1. Ensure that the flow tied to the channel has the "dynamic flows" option enabled
  2. Make sure that the thread you want moved meets the requirements of the flow
  3. Update the thread in some way
    1. Add an internal note
    2. Change the status
    3. Send a reply

Once you do all that, the thread show flow into the correct channel. Below is a video that will help with this process!
