- Automate your time entries to streamline your workflow with ease.
How to Add Thread to Your Service Ticket View in Halo
- Log in to Halo.
- Navigate to the Configuration section.
- Go to Tickets → Ticket Types.
- Select the Ticket Type where you want to add Thread Chat and Timepad.
- Go to the Allowed Values tab.
- Scroll down to Custom Tabs.
- Ensure Allow all Custom Tabs is checked, or click the + icon to add custom tabs manually.
- Add the following custom tabs:
- Thread: Auto time entries
- Thread: Real-time notes
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps to add custom tabs for Thread Chat and Timepad to any other ticket types.
