How Thread Assigns Members to Dynamic Teams or Slack Channels

Updated by Kristof Orts

Dynamic channels are public channels by default so users may join them, if they find them. However, resources that are set on the service thread that generated the channel in Teams or Slack automatically get invited.

You may invite users into the dynamic channels simply by mentioning their names in that channel. We do not currently have the inverse working (inviting in to slack makes the user a resource on the ticket)
