Employee Onboarding Intent

The Employee Onboarding intent supports the setup process for new employees joining the organization. It ensures that necessary equipment, accounts, and other resources are ready before the new hire’s start date.

Use Cases

  • Setting up computers and software accounts for new employees.
  • Gathering all onboarding details required for IT and HR departments.
  • Ensuring managers have input in the resource allocation process for new hires.

Configuration Guide

1. Create the Intent

  1. Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
  2. Click Create Intent.
  3. Input the following details:
    • Intent Name: Employee Onboarding
    • Description:

      A request to set up and prepare for a new employee joining the organization. This includes configuring a computer, setting up software accounts, creating an email address, and specifying the job title for the new hire. The intent covers all necessary preparations to ensure the new employee is ready to start work on their first day.

    • Who can use this intent: Select All clients or adjust as needed.
