The New Equipment Request intent is used to acquire new equipment such as computers, monitors, chargers, phones, etc., either for oneself or on behalf of another user. This intent ensures all necessary information is collected for seamless processing and delivery of the requested equipment.
Configuration Guide
1. Create the Intent
To create the New Equipment Request intent, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Thread Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
- Click Create Intent and configure the following details:
