Configuration Guide

  3. Input the following details:
    • Intent Name: New Phone Request
    • Description:

      A request to acquire a new phone for a user, including details such as phone model, type, and any additional accessories. This intent also covers the assignment of phone numbers, extensions, and setup requirements for the phone. Do not use this intent if a user is asking for support for an existing phone or help purchasing phone accessories.
