Configuration Guide

1. Create the Intent

  1. Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
  2. Click Create Intent.
  3. Input the following details:
    • Intent Name: Block Email Domain or Sender
    • Description:

      A request to block an email domain or sender, typically due to spam, phishing, or other malicious activities. Includes providing sender email, domain name, and blocking reasons.

    • Who can use this intent: Select All clients or adjust as needed.

3. Configure External Reply
