The Software Installation and Configuration Request intent allows users to request the installation or configuration of software for themselves or on behalf of another user within the organization.
Use Cases

Configuration Guide
1. Create the Intent
- Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
- Click Create Intent.
- Input the following details:
- Intent Name: Software Installation and Configuration Request
- Description:
A request to install or configure software applications for oneself or on behalf of another user within the organization.
- Who can use this intent: Select All clients or adjust as needed.
2. Configure Arguments
