Configuration Guide
1. Create the Intent
- Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
- Click Create Intent.
- Input the following details:
- Intent Name: User Access Removal
- Description:
A request to remove access to specific systems, applications, or resources within the organization for a user, either due to role change, termination, or other reasons.
- Who can use this intent: Select All clients or adjust as needed.
2. Configure Arguments
Below is the configuration for required form fields, matching the screenshot:

3. Configure External Reply
No external reply is provided for this intent. Leave the "This is a resolution" box unchecked.
4. Configure Automation
If applicable, set up automation by specifying the appropriate API URL:
