The User Access Removal intent facilitates the process of removing access to specific systems, applications, or resources for a user. This may be required due to role changes, terminations, or other reasons.

Use Cases

  • Revoking access to company systems and applications for offboarding employees.
  • Adjusting user access permissions due to a change in roles or responsibilities.
  • Ensuring security compliance by removing unnecessary access.

Configuration Guide

1. Create the Intent

  1. Navigate to Magic AI > Agent > Catalog.
  2. Click Create Intent.
  3. Input the following details:
    • Intent Name: User Access Removal
    • Description:

      A request to remove access to specific systems, applications, or resources within the organization for a user, either due to role change, termination, or other reasons.

    • Who can use this intent: Select All clients or adjust as needed.

2. Configure Arguments
