Connect Hudu with Super Magic

Connect Hudu and Super Magic can search your Hudu knowledge base, passwords documentation, and network docs mid-ticket, with links back to the source in Hudu.

What you can ask

"Search Hudu for Acme's network documentation"

"What does our Hudu KB say about the mail server setup?"

"Find the password documentation entry for Acme's router"

Hudu search is read-only — Super Magic looks things up, it never changes your Hudu data.

Set it up (admin, once for the whole workspace)

Hudu is a workspace-level integration: connect it once and it works for every member.

  1. Connect Hudu to Thread — if it isn't already, the Configure button on the Hudu row in Super Magic settings → Integrations takes you to the setup.
  2. Enable it for Super Magic — turn the Hudu toggle on in the same Integrations card.

Both are required: a connected integration with the toggle off exposes nothing.

Troubleshooting
  • No Hudu results in chat? Check the row shows Connected AND the toggle is on.
  • Still nothing? Your workspace may not have the Hudu release enabled yet — ask your account team.
