Connect TimeZest with Super Magic

Updated by Jake Gipson

Connect TimeZest and Super Magic can handle scheduling with your clients conversationally — look up who's bookable, check appointment types, and send a real scheduling link to the client without leaving the ticket.

What you can ask

"Send Jane a scheduling link for a 30-minute remote support session"

"What TimeZest appointment types do we have?"

"Who can be booked for an on-site this week?"

"Has the client responded to the scheduling request on this ticket?"

Heads up: sending a scheduling request emails the client for real. That's why it always goes through Super Magic's Confirm action card — you'll see exactly who gets what before anything sends — and it respects your workspace's write-access settings.

Set it up (admin, once for the whole workspace)

TimeZest is a workspace-level integration: connect it once and it works for every member.

  1. Connect TimeZest to Thread — if it isn't already, the Configure button on the TimeZest row in Super Magic settings → Integrations takes you to the setup.
  2. Enable it for Super Magic — turn the TimeZest toggle on in the same Integrations card.
Troubleshooting
  • No scheduling tools in chat? Check the row shows Connected AND the toggle is on.
  • Scheduling link won't send? Sending is a write action — check the member passes your write-access level and the Schedule toggles are on (Tools card).
  • Anything else: Super Magic Admin Guide → Troubleshooting.
